Buckle Replacement

Casablanca Polo Co has recently certified and obtained approval from SEI to use an alternative Fastex chinstrap buckle. We are aware of concerns within the polo community regarding the safety of the magnetic buckle and will be using the Fastex buckle on our NEU polo helmets moving forward. 

We understand that those clients who purchased helmets before the availability of the Fastex buckle may have a preference for the new buckle, so we are offering to replace the magnetic buckle with the Fastex buckle for free. 

To request your buckle replacement please contact us by email (info@casablancapolo.com) so that we can arrange for you to send us your helmet for us to replace the buckle and return it to you.
